SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objectve of position)
The Construction Supervisor will coordinate activities of in-house construction staff and sub-contractors to ensure that work is completed safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience
Experience & Skills: The Construction Supervisor should have a minimum of five (5)years of applicable experience. Experience should include aspects of facility construction and renovation. The Construction Supervisor should have the ability to communicate and work effectively with staff and contractors. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
