Safe Foods Marketing Specialist in North Little Rock, Arkansas
The Marketing Specialist is part of the sales enablement team responsible for supporting the successful marketing, sales, and service of the Safe Foods solution portfolio. This position is responsible for overseeing the customer journey with the use of interpersonal skills and a suite of digital tools.
This individual will be expected to own the customer relationship management system including implementation, adoption, training, personalization, and upkeep. In addition, this person will assist with a variety of market-facing initiatives in order to generate leads, drive retention, and reinforce the Safe Foods brand strategy.
Manage and drive usage of CRM program
Update and maintain website content
Support trade show planning, logistics, and execution
Curate content for internal and external marketing communications
Assist in development of marketing strategies, content, and collateral
Interact with clients to assess and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and service team on project implementation
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Basic: Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Word Processing/Typing
Broad knowledge of such fields as marketing, business administration, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, and 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with website content management
